ATLANTA · DESIGN · BUILD · MAINTAIN

A landscape that changes with the seasons.

One team designs, installs, and maintains your outdoor space so the vision on paper still looks intentional five years in.

ONE TEAM, ONE LIFECYCLE

Design, build, maintain

Most landscapes lose the plot between the drawing and the third summer. We close those gaps by keeping the whole lifecycle under one roof.

01

Design

We start on paper with the site as it is: grades, light, soil, and where water goes when it rains. The plan reconciles structure and planting before a shovel moves.

02

Build

The studio that drew the plan sets the grades and installs it, so decisions made mid-build come from the people who know why each line was placed where it was.

03

Maintain

Then we return. Pruning, seasonal cleanups, and the small corrections that decide whether a young landscape grows toward the design or quietly drifts from it.

WHY ONE TEAM

What you give up with a patchwork of vendors

Accountability never transfers

The people who drew your plan install it and come back to prune it, so no seam opens where one contractor blames another.

Plans made to mature

We space and layer plantings for what they become. A bed can look open the first season on purpose, so it reads right in year three.

The work stays local

We keep inside the Atlanta metro, close enough to return for seasonal visits and to know how a Buckhead clay slope differs from a flat Decatur lot.

Scope written before work starts

After we walk the site, you get a scope and a price tied to your property, not a number pulled from a template.

Water solved first

Drainage and irrigation are handled before planting, because the best-looking bed still fails if the water is wrong.

We say what a yard needs

If a smaller fix will hold, we tell you. If something has to be corrected before the fun part, we tell you that too.

WHERE WE WORK

Rooted in Atlanta, out to the edge of the metro

We are based in Atlanta and work the metro around it, from Buckhead and Midtown out to Sandy Springs, Roswell, and Marietta, and the surrounding metro. Staying inside that footprint is what lets us return for seasonal maintenance without the drive turning a quick visit into a half-day trip.

OUR APPROACH

Three steps, one team on the ground

01

Site walk

We measure the property, read the grades and light, and listen to how you want to use the yard.

02

Plan and price

We draw against what the ground allows, then put a scope and a fixed price in writing.

03

Build and maintain

The same team installs the plan and folds the property into a maintenance rhythm so it holds its shape.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Answers before you reach out

Do you handle design, installation, and maintenance, or just one part?

We do all three with one team, which is the core of how we work. The same studio draws your plan, installs it, and returns to maintain it, so the design intent carries all the way through instead of getting lost at a handoff between separate contractors. That continuity is what keeps a yard looking deliberate as it grows in.

How much does landscape design in Atlanta cost?

Landscape design in Atlanta is priced to the property, so the fee follows the size of the lot and the depth of the plan. A focused planting plan for one zone costs far less than a full-property master plan with grading and hardscape. We quote a fixed design fee after walking the site with you.

What areas around Atlanta do you serve?

We serve Atlanta and the metro around it, from Buckhead and Midtown out to Sandy Springs, Roswell, and Marietta. Staying inside that footprint is deliberate, since it lets us return for seasonal maintenance without the drive turning a short visit into a half-day trip. If you are near those areas, ask and we will confirm.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Prestige Prime Landscapes is licensed and insured, and we are glad to confirm it before work begins. That protects your property through the build and means the people on your site are operating properly rather than off the books.

How do we get started?

The first step is a site walk. We visit the property, talk through how you want to use the yard, and look at grades, sun, and drainage before anything is drawn. From there we put a scope and price in writing. You can request an estimate to set up that first visit.
