Our story
Prestige Prime Landscapes began with a simple frustration: too many yards are drawn by one company, built by another, and left to a third to mow. Every handoff loses a little of the original intent, and the homeowner is the one who ends up noticing. We built the studio around the opposite idea. One team carries a property from the first sketch through the last stone and stays on to keep it healthy as it grows.
That structure, Design · Build · Maintain, is not a slogan. It shapes how we draw. When the people who will plant a bed also know they will prune it in two years, they space it for the plant it becomes, not the plant on the truck. When the crew setting a patio knows they will service the drainage behind it, they build the base to last. Accountability stays in one place instead of scattering across three companies.
How we work
Every project starts with a walk of the actual site to read grades, light, drainage, soil, and the way you move through the yard. From there we draw a plan, agree on scope and budget, and build in clear phases. Because we maintain what we install, the design accounts for how a landscape changes across seasons, not just how it photographs on install day. The plan is written to age well.

What we do
Our work spans the full landscape. Design and installation set the structure of a yard, from landscape design and landscape installation to plant and tree installation. Hardscape gives it shape through patios and walkways, retaining walls, and broader hardscape installation. Systems keep it working with irrigation installation and repairs and drainage solutions. And upkeep holds it all together through lawn maintenance and shrub trimming and pruning.
Where we work
We work across the Atlanta metro. Much of our work sits inside the perimeter in Buckhead, Midtown, and the neighborhoods around Druid Hills, and it reaches north to Sandy Springs, Roswell, and Alpharetta. To the west we serve Marietta and Smyrna, and to the east Decatur and Brookhaven. Wherever the property sits, the same team designs it, builds it, and comes back to maintain it.

We serve Atlanta and the surrounding metro. Most projects sit inside the perimeter in Buckhead and Midtown, and the work reaches north to Sandy Springs, Roswell, and Alpharetta, west to Marietta, and east to Decatur. If you are near one of those areas, we most likely cover you.
